Job Description:
Lead process monitoring, implementation of process documents in production and Solving major technical problems in daily production
Responsible for new product development, and the development and implementation of the project in synchrony (Welding, Painting, Assembly)
Responsible for organizing the welding, Painting operator's training, evaluation, qualification testing, etc.
Responsible for the proposition and introduction of new technology and new equipment of welding for new products or some improved project
Participate in the Kaizen events to identify NVA in processes and Welding & assembly process design
New equipment/technology/tooling introduction, Tooling and fixture design, verification and improvement
Current process improvement and optimization
Coordinate problem-solving and technical support on-site to ensure production smoothly
Design, review, and acceptance of the welding line; Plan for the workplace apparatus and general fixture
Responsible for painting process training and technology improvement, Developing painting process route; Compilation of process document, Saving generation.
