Mani activities in the Role
- To provide field-based service support for all Grove mobile crane products within the UK.
- Be responsible for providing Customers with high quality after sales support, making the correct technical and commercial decisions.
- Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with the product requirements.
- Provide technical support when new machines are delivered
To be successful in this role
- Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical.
- Crane experience essential.
- Full UK driving license
- Customer Focus
- Proactivity / Problem Solving
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Fluent in English
- Available to frequently travel across UK
