Assisting customers with all their inquiries via phone/email/chat (ie. tracing/tracking requests, etc.)
Scheduling & confirming pick up's
Follow up on interline requested pick up's
Co-ordinating with other departments/terminals to ensure customers' requirements are being met
Assisting sales
This is a remote position reporting to the Head Office in Gore Bay
This is a Tuesday - Saturday shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Must be bilingual (Able to speak and write fluently in both English and French)
Professional writing & phone skills
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work as a team & individually
Excellent communication
Reliable
This is a remote position: Candidates can work from home. All training and equipment will be provided, however candidates must provide their own internet.
