The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team and collaborate with an established external agency to drive brand growth, patient acquisition, and premium positioning in the medical aesthetics industry. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution across digital and offline channels, manages the marketing budget, mentors a young team, and works closely with clinical and operations staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Objectives of this Role
- Mentor and develop a young marketing team, fostering long-term growth and stability.
- Evaluate and propose marketing automation, CRM systems, and other tools for improved efficiency.
- Represent the company externally at events, shoots, and public engagements, maintaining a professional, luxury image.
- Introduce innovative marketing tactics and explore new digital and offline channels.
- Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company culture, premium positioning, and patient experience.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, using a data driven strategy.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Conceptualize, produce and curate creatives for online and offline purposes that is educational, informative and elevates the company's image.
- Partner with advertising agency and web teams to design, test and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
- Liaise with the consultations team for feedback on leads and report to top management on a weekly basis with measurements and innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
- Brand Management: Define the clinic's unique selling propositions. Ensure consistent and accurate messaging that aligns with the clinic's mission, values, and healthcare standards across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to enhance patient engagement and clinic visibility. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop high-quality content such as blog posts, newsletters, videos, and educational materials.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and ROI. Conduct in-depth market research to understand patient demographics, competitor landscape, and emerging trends.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
- Patient Experience: Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless, patient-centric experience across all marketing touchpoints. This includes community management and managing brand ambassadors.
- Events and Public Relations: Organizing and attending events to represent the brand to potential clients and partners. Strengthening relations with existing clients and ambassadors.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a small team of marketing professionals and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical staff, operations, and leadership to ensure brand alignment across all internal and external communications.
