Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: The HR Business Partner will be responsible for delivering HR services across the APAC region, overseeing day-to-day operations, building the HR framework, and establishing the company culture. This role will functionally report to a US-based VP of HR, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Auckland-based Regional VP.
