Our client is the leading platform connecting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with collaborating physicians across the United States. Their service streamlines an often-complex process—enabling NPs to quickly, affordably, and confidently find physician collaborators to meet state requirements and launch their practices.
You'll own the marketing engine end-to-end—brand & design, performance marketing, social & image creative, and the Voice of Customer. Small, senior team; high trust; direct line to the CEO; and an AI-forward toolkit (LLMs for rapid copy/variant generation and creative testing) to ideate, test, and scale what works. The Role (High Level)
You are the owner of our marketing KPIs. You'll blend performance marketing, brand/design, social & image creation, and Voice of Customer (VOC) to build awareness, generate qualified demand, and lift conversion across the full funnel.
What You'll Do
- Own the number: Set targets and deliver on CAC, payback, lead volume, and conversion rates across channels.
- Performance marketing: Plan budgets; run paid search/social; manage landing pages; execute CRO and disciplined A/B testing.
- Brand & design: Define narrative, tone, and visual standards; ship clear, trustworthy experiences across web, ads, and lifecycle.
- Social & image design: Own the social calendar and creative "studio." Produce or direct image/short-form assets (thumbnails, carousels, ads, display), keep channel specs tight, and run creative-level split tests.
- AI-assisted marketing: Use modern LLMs/gen-AI to create copy variants, summarize VOC insights, build test matrices, and accelerate multivariate experiments—while protecting brand voice and quality. Maintain a prompt/playbook library.
- Voice of Customer: Run interviews, surveys, call listening, and message tests; turn insights into shipped copy, pages, and creatives every sprint.
- Lifecycle & CRM: Build email/SMS/in-app journeys that activate, nurture, and re-engage users.
- Analytics & attribution: Maintain clean tracking (pixels, UTMs), dashboards, and an experimentation cadence.
- Leadership: As the company grows, manage and build a lean mix of in-house talent and outside contractors; collaborate tightly with Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Take over Google Ads and Facebook Ads from external agencies and manage them directly in-house.
- Run and optimize Indeed campaigns (particularly for physician recruiting), plus LinkedIn and other niche platforms.
- Execute geographically targeted campaigns focused on specific U.S. states (e.g., Florida, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia).
- Provide weekly performance dashboards/reports highlighting ROI, what's working, and what needs adjustment.
- Support affiliate marketing campaigns (helpful but not a core responsibility).
- Assist in sourcing campaign assets (design resources, contractors, or own execution if capable).
How Success Is Measured (KPIs You Own)
- Acquisition: Qualified leads/week, blended CAC, channel ROI.
- Conversion: Visit → lead, lead → signup, signup → activated; time-to-value.
- Brand & Awareness: Share of voice, branded search growth, social reach/engagement.
- Lifecycle: Deliverability, open/click, activation and re-activation lift.
- Ops: Experiment velocity & win rate; attribution coverage; dashboard accuracy/freshness.
