- Involved in determining feature development, user experience design, and overall architecture of the product
- Mission to empower non-traditional candidates in the tech industry by providing resources for behavioral interviews, resume writing, and job hunting
- Focus on creating a community of top tech talent in the Middle East & North Africa to inspire and support each other
- Implementing complex workflows in a Next.js/Node application to achieve the company's goals

- Experienced software engineer with a background in building complex tech products from scratch
- Strong technical skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, and Next.js
- Comfortable working on both front-end and back-end technologies
- Thrives in a remote work environment and can effectively collaborate with a diverse team
- Passionate about supporting underrepresented talent in the tech industry, particularly in the MENA region
