Your Day-to-Day

• Greet customers warmly and manage service appointments efficiently
• Accurately document issues and write detailed repair orders
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Provide estimates and obtain necessary authorizations
• Maintain service forms, guides, and marketing materials
• Ensure high standards in service quality and customer satisfaction
• Inspect vehicles and suggest additional repairs or services when appropriate
• Supervise vehicle prep and ensure professional presentation of all cars
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance
• Other duties as assigned
