The Deposits team builds the core banking services behind savings and current accounts used by banks and fintechs worldwide, playing a key role in Mambu's composable, cloud-native banking platform.

Your Responsibilities

1. Design and develop scalable Java applications.
2. Translate business needs into technical solutions.
3. Deal with complex calculations requiring strong logical and technical skills.
4. Identify, propose, and contribute to/coordinate architectural improvements.
5. Debug and resolve application issues.
6. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Proven ability to own and resolve critical customer issues while working on-call.
• Strong expertise in automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, TDD, including integration and end-to-end tests) and database technologies (MySQL).
• Solid understanding of scalable and resilient application architectures.
• Demonstrated commitment to high code quality and best practices.
