What You'll Do

  • Own and exceed a significant annual new ACV target by focusing exclusively on a limited portfolio of the largest Tier 1 strategic accounts.
  • Lead and manage complex, multi-year sales cycles from initial qualification to deal closure and a seamless handover to the Professional Services team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and other key decision-makers, providing consultative expertise and presenting the full value of the Mambu platform.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry and market developments to contribute, define, and own the go-to-market strategy for the largest enterprise segments.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals and strategic responses to high-value RFPs, coordinating negotiation efforts to ensure profitable deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all key stakeholders within a prospect organization to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Collaborate with and direct cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Legal, Professional Services) to align resources and expertise in support of strategic opportunities.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience (7-10+ years) in an Account Executive position within the FinTech or B2B SaaS industry.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and successfully closing high-value, enterprise-level deals.
  • Exceptional ability to navigate and coordinate multiple stakeholders in complex, multi-touch sales cycles.
  • Experience selling SaaS or banking products into regulated markets, with a solid understanding of cloud technology and delivery models.
  • A consultative approach to understanding customer needs, challenging their assumptions, and driving them toward a solution.
