Stakeholder & Customer Focus: Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and customer management, effectively aligning priorities and communicating complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Operational & Technical Domain:
Cloud Platform Systems' Fluency: Strong architectural understanding of major public cloud providers, cloud-native applications, and distributed systems.
Experience in High Criticality Environments: Proven experience working on high-scale, business-critical platforms, ideally within the fintech/banking sector.
Execution & Communication: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
Automation & Optimization (ideally AI powered solutions): Strong track record and proven experience of service optimisation and automation, improving performance and ensuring resilience within the provided services.
Solid hands-on background in platform engineering and operations at scale.
Excellent written and verbal technical and personal communication skills in English.
