HR Director Intern
As the intern for our Human Resources Director (Commercial Functions), you will be at the heart of the action. You won't just be observing; you will be a key partner in structuring high-stakes content for Sales leadership and helping turn people data into strategic decisions. This role offers a unique "behind-the-scenes" look at how we drive transformation, from Management Board presentations to global retention initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Structure and prepare presentations and materials for Sales HR topics (career path, performance review, calibration)
- Support HR analyses (turnover, performance, compensation) and synthesize insights
- Support preparation of key HR cycles (performance review, people calibration)
- Prepare clear summaries, notes, and action plans after meetings
About you:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (Human Ressource, Business, or Sales).
- You know how to design structured presentations and turn complex ideas into simple, actionable plans.
- You possess the capability to analyze metrics and extract meaningful HR insights.
- You take initiative, propose solutions, and work autonomously.
- Given your proximity to leadership, you demonstrate the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Fully fluent in French & English.

- First call with Sarah (Talent Acquisition), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes).
- Last interview with your future manager Hélène (HR Director - Commercial Functions), 75 minutes in person session designed to discuss your experience in detail, test your reflexes, and ensure you are the perfect match.
- Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in July 2026.
