Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 28.5 weekly

Responsibilities

The role of a Night Support Worker is an incredibly rewarding one and one that involves supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently in their own apartments. You'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the people you support, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

At the heart of this role are the values of compassion, empathy, and respect. You will be working with vulnerable individuals who may require different levels of support, including prompting medication, check-ins, carrying out domestic tasks and lone working. It will be your responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the tenants while ensuring that they are able to maintain their independence and make their own choices.

As a Night Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with tenants and their families. You will be working as part of a dedicated team of professionals and will have access to ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

It's important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role.

On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
