As a Direct Support Professional, you'll gain valuable skills, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

$17.00/hour - $20.00/hour based on level of support

Full-time and part-time options available

What You'll Do: As a DSP, you'll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear. You may:

• Provide person centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We're Looking For:

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver's license, reliable transportation with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS
