This is a temporary position that will end December 8th, 2025. Responsibilities include ensuring daily performance metrics are being met, coaching and educating agents, creating a fun and accountable environment, administering coaching and disciplinary actions, handling performance discussions, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, taking calls when needed, and working flexible hours between 7AM-7PM EST Monday to Friday.
Requirements include at least 1 year supervisory experience, an active healthcare license, remote work capability, a college degree or equivalent work experience, ability to work under pressure, solid organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, typing speed of 25 wpm, excellent communication skills, availability to work various shifts, high school diploma or GED, excellent attendance history, and passing mandatory background checks.
