Occupational Therapist – Homecare & Hospice

Location: Kennebec County, Maine

Schedule: 32–40 hours/week with weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations

Your Role:

  • Assess patients' ability to perform occupational tasks safely and effectively
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans using appropriate therapy modalities
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate and support patients and their families/caregivers
  • Coordinate discharge planning and adaptive equipment recommendations
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and therapy techs per regulatory standards

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Maine OT license (or AOTCB Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid Maine driver's license and clean driving record
  • Membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association (preferred)
