As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be a trusted guide for our members, helping them navigate their financial options, solving problems with care, and providing solutions that improve their financial well-being. You’ll build meaningful relationships and be part of introducing our credit union to a new community.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome members and provide exceptional service, in-person and over the phone
• Open new accounts, process loan applications, and educate members on credit union products and services
• Assist members with everyday financial needs, from account inquiries to problem resolution
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve members’ financial lives through products, services, and education
• Provide backup support to the teller line, and process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
• Support new branch initiatives and community outreach as we establish our presence in Southern Maine
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine desire to help others
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on creating positive member experiences
• Ability to learn and explain financial products clearly
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a new and growing branch
