We're dedicated to fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven, and innovative work environment where everyone belongs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead GTM Systems Initiatives End-to-End: Orchestrate complex, cross-functional programs from planning, tracking dependencies, mitigating risk, and escalating issues to ensure quality, timely delivery.

  • Continuously Optimize: Proactively surface opportunities for process/system improvements to boost GTM effectiveness, productivity, and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years in Program Management, GTM Operations, Sales Ops, or systems roles.
  • Comfortable interfacing with systems like Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, plus managing agile delivery workflows.
  • Skilled at breaking ambiguous problems into executable workstreams, measuring impact, and adapting plans.
  • Exceptional communication, with a history of influencing decisions and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, owning decisions, and driving results with determination and flexibility.
