The position is for a co-op opportunity within the Operations Research Value Chain Management Center of Excellence Team, a part of the Supply Chain Management organization. The successful candidate will work with operations and supply chain professionals to support the development of long-term supply chain strategies for products across the product lifecycle. This includes exposure to complex planning scenarios that involve balancing multiple constraints and objectives to optimize supply chain performance both within individual product supply chains and across the broader supply network. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about and assist with the application of optimization models and techniques to support data-driven decision-making for supply, capacity, and network-wide resource allocation scenarios. The successful candidate will also learn and assist in de-risking supply chains through leveraging an integrated risk management process and navigating e-tools developed to view the entire value chain and risks associated with that product. Additionally, the incumbent will learn and help support dashboarding and data analytics exercises, including the development and enhancement of business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, to enable business process improvements. Finally, the candidate will also learn about long-term capacity planning and assist in analysis of data to help create the view for operations. Importantly, the co-op will have the chance to lead their own projects, providing valuable hands-on experience in managing initiatives from start to finish and contributing directly to the team's objectives.

The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
