Sales Support Coordinator

Mahoney Environmental, a 70-year-old successful national leader in the collection and recycling of restaurant cooking waste materials. Our customers range from independent restaurants to national chains and food processing facilities. We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join us in playing a vital role driving sales success by providing essential support to the sales team. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and facilitating smooth communication between departments.

Work Location: Woodridge, IL HYBRID Schedule Monday through Friday 10:30am- 7:00pm Remote Monday and Friday, In office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting hourly rate: $22-$23

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative support our sales team by creating agreements, provide reports, review and provide pricing.
• Manage customer database, including updating customer information and processing new customers of services and terminating services as needed.
• Process professionally handle internal requests to ensure work orders, services and data entry is entered in a timely manner.
• Actively troubleshoots sales related issues while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain and retain existing customers with an opportunity to grow the business.
• Fully participate and support all safety initiatives, rules, and procedures.
• Assist marketing with trade show materials.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Abilities and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 year's related experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer literacy and strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organization skills, time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 15lbs.
