Internship Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and motivated intern to support our Global Data Privacy and HR Legal & Labour Relations Europe departments at our locations in Sailauf near Aschaffenburg or Munich.

Both departments work closely together and provide advice and support on all data protection and labor law issues.

Data Privacy is responsible for educating, monitoring, and advising employees on their duties regarding the handling of personal data within our company.

HR Legal & Labour Relations Europe supports and advises on labor law issues, both in individual labor law matters and in cooperation and negotiations with works councils and trade unions.

You will gain comprehensive insights and practical experience in two international, motivated, and sympathetic teams working across themes, and will be actively involved in both the day-to-day operations and projects.

Data Protection Area:

  • Administrative support for the creation and maintenance of data protection-related documents (e.g., training materials, awareness presentations, policy drafts, directory of processing activities)

HR Legal & Labour Relations Area:

  • Administrative support and coordination of internal events with employee representatives, e.g., with works councils from Europe

Your Qualifications:

  • Advanced studies, e.g., with a focus on law/economic law or business administration, information technology/security, or a comparable field
  • Very good English and German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility, reliability, self-organization talent, willingness to learn, and resilience
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • First work experience through internships is desirable but not a prerequisite
  • Open personality with good communication skills
