In this position, we offer you the opportunity to establish yourself in our system and EE team and develop into an expert in the field of onboard networks and cable harnesses.
Your tasks:
- Function development, circuit definition as well as onboard network and cable harness development for complete vehicles, subsystems and electrical components
- Onboard network development for HV and LV onboard networks
- Electrical dimensioning and design of high voltage distribution boxes
- Definition and development of electrics, connectors and high current contacts for mechatronic components and systems
- Creation of studies, layouts, designs, system plans, circuit diagrams and detail drawings
- Communication with manufacturers, suppliers and clients including the preparation and presentation of results internally and to customers

Your preferred qualifications:
- Degree in technical education (HTL, FH) with a focus on electrical engineering
- 2-3 years of professional experience desirable
- Preferred knowledge in the following areas: EE development tools (e.g. EB Cable, SaberES, CATIA) Basic knowledge in MATLAB/Simulink Security and conductor cross-section dimensioning Basic knowledge of Q standards (ISO/TS 16949, APQP/VDA 4.3, PPAP/VDA 2) as well as in the area of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cyber Security (ISO/SAE 21434) Expertise in vehicle electronics/electronics System understanding of complex mechatronic systems
- MS Office skills
- Willingness to further education
- Independent and accurate working method
- Very good German and English skills
- Travel readiness for occasional business trips
What we offer:
It is important for us to offer a fair and attractive compensation package. The gross annual salary (for 38.5 hours) according to the collective agreement of the automotive industry is at least € 47,480.58 for this position. An overpayment is lived practice due to corresponding experience and qualifications.
