Madison College is seeking a Food Service Assistant to join our Dining Services team. This role involves preparing, cooking, and baking a variety of menu items while maintaining high standards.
Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the Food Service Assistant supports operations by running serving stations, producing large-quantity meals, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will deliver quality food production, provide exceptional customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for students, employees, and guests. Supports efficient meal service operations and upholding culinary excellence.
This is a part time - three (3) - day, 25-hour-per-week position that spans 38 weeks during the Fall and Spring academic semesters, with a regular schedule of 9:00am to 5:00pm on working days.
