Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of interactions with our clientele and sales teams. Your role will be to provide professional and attentive service by answering calls and emails, processing orders in our ERP system, and ensuring effective follow-up on requests.

You will contribute directly to the satisfaction and retention of our customers by resolving their concerns promptly and developing strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calls from clients, sales representatives, and end-users;
  • Respond to emails regarding orders, products, and follow-up requests;
  • Enter and process orders accurately in the ERP system;
  • Prepare and issue quotes for clients;
  • Keep up-to-date with our constantly evolving products;
  • Offer exceptional customer service and develop lasting relationships;
  • Identify and proactively resolve customer issues or escalate them as needed.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and a strong service orientation;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within tight deadlines;
  • Positive and professional attitude, even in stressful situations;
  • Organizational skills and meticulousness in following up on records;
  • Team spirit and willingness to collaborate to achieve common goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service in a similar role;
  • Bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
  • Experience with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or equivalent);
  • Proven experience in high-volume order entry and processing;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
