Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be at the heart of interactions with our clientele and sales teams. Your role will be to provide professional and attentive service by answering calls and emails, processing orders in our ERP system, and ensuring effective follow-up on requests.

You will directly contribute to the satisfaction and retention of our customers by quickly resolving their concerns and developing strong relationships.

Profile Required for This Customer Service Representative Position in Laval:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and a strong service orientation
