In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting, improving, and developing thin film deposition processes for compound III-IV semiconductors at the fab in Lowell, Massachusetts. This work will be done in close partnership with Process Engineers, Device and Integration Engineers, Design Engineers, and the Fab production team. A strong knowledge of compound semiconductor processing, exceptional communication skills, and an optimistic, can-do approach are essential to success in this role. The Lowell fab is a high product mixture and dynamic fab, requiring good prioritization and excellent judgement. You will be expected to set deliverables and achieve the desired results. The position reports to the Thin Films Group Manager.
