Our Seveso terminal in Tiel is the only inland gas terminal in the Netherlands. In 2026, this terminal will be rebranded as Enport, and our company as a whole will adopt the name MB Energy, aligning with our parent company and as part of a strong international energy group.

As Head of Sales (m/f/d), you take on a key leadership role within a growing and entrepreneurial organisation, driving commercial success across the region. You lead a compact sales and account management team while remaining closely connected to the market through your own involvement in key accounts and strategic opportunities. Reporting into the broader commercial structure, you ensure strong local ownership while aligning with corporate regulatory, legal, and compliance frameworks.
In this role, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive revenue growth and margin development. You play a central part in scaling the commercial organisation, building structured and efficient sales processes, and translating regulatory developments and corporate strategy into market-ready solutions. With a strong focus on new fuels and energy solutions, you actively contribute to expanding the company's commercial footprint and unlocking new growth opportunities.
Lead Sales Performance: You drive commercial results across the Benelux region, ensuring revenue growth, margin development, and consistent execution of the sales strategy.
Develop and Coach the Team: You lead, coach, and develop a small sales and account management team, fostering clarity, accountability, and commercial discipline.
Own Key Accounts: You maintain a strong presence in the market by personally managing strategic customers and high-impact business opportunities.
Build Commercial Structures: You establish scalable sales processes, pricing frameworks, and forecasting routines to professionalise the organisation.
Drive Market Expansion: You identify market opportunities and customer needs, contributing to the development and launch of new offerings in fuels and energy solutions.
Translate Regulation into Business: You collaborate closely with regulatory, legal, and technical teams to turn complex requirements into clear, customer-ready value propositions.
Professional Background: 7–12 years of experience in commercial roles within energy, fuels, mobility, industrial B2B, or other regulated industries.
Commercial Expertise: Proven track record in sales execution, key account management, and driving revenue growth.
Market & Product Understanding: Experience in proposition development and bringing new products or solutions successfully to market.
Regulatory Awareness: Strong understanding of regulatory-driven environments and their impact on commercial activities.
Corporate & SME Exposure: Experience working within corporate structures while operating effectively in smaller, agile organisations.
Language: Fluent in spoken and written in both Dutch and English
Hands-on & Results-Driven: You lead by example, combine leadership with active sales involvement, and focus on delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
Strategic & Pragmatic Thinker: You translate complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions and balance big-picture thinking with execution.
