As an Account Manager (M/W/D) you are part of our sales team at the Frankfurt location and also take care of the Bendorf location. You are regularly on site with our customers (outside service share of approx. 30% of working time) and maintain long-term, trusting relationships. In addition to the care of existing customers, you identify and develop new business opportunities, acquire new customers and advise them on commercial and future-oriented fuel solutions.

Customer Relationship Management: You maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers and are responsible for their sales development.
New Customer Acquisition: You actively identify and acquire new customers, build sustainable business relationships and tap into additional market potentials.
Sales and Service: You take care of a fixed customer base - mainly small and medium-sized enterprises - and distribute our diverse product portfolio both by telephone and in the field.
Consultation and Sales of New Fuel Solutions: You present and sell our customers innovative fuel solutions from our portfolio and advise them on their application possibilities.
Data Management: You maintain and update our online sales portal and provide relevant information for our customers.
Inventory Monitoring: You determine the current inventory situation in cooperation with our internal interfaces and reconcile it with existing delivery commitments.
Supply Management: You actively document and monitor the re-supply of fuels to ensure smooth supply.
Education: You have a successfully completed vocational training, e.g. in the field of wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable qualification.
Experience: You have professional experience in sales or telephone sales, ideally in a comparable industry (e.g. commodities, energy, agricultural trade, lubricants or marine).
Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel regularly to customers (outside service share of approx. 30%) and occasionally travel between the Frankfurt and Bendorf locations.
Language Skills: Very good German language skills in speech and writing; good English language skills desirable.
Communication Skills: You convince with an open, clear and binding communication and can confidently adapt to different interlocutors.
Negotiation Skills: You act confidently, can represent interests clearly and find ways to convince both sides in the long term.
Service Orientation: You put the needs of our customers in the foreground and work solution-oriented to always ensure optimal service and customer satisfaction.
