1 or more years of relevant experience, including drawings, calculations, and specifications for systems and equipment in nuclear or industrial process facilities, data centers, central utility plants, or complex building systems.
Experience designing systems for industrial or government facilities.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and office automation tools.
Strong knowledge of control systems design principles, codes, and standards.
Ability to review and develop technical drawings, data sheets, and specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High School diploma or equivalent and 7 or more years of related experience, or Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline from an accredited course of study and 5 or more years of related experience.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
Active Secret Clearance.
Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Familiarity with Bechtel's Corporate Guides and Standards.
Experience with ISO-9000 quality programs.
Knowledge of cybersecurity requirements in control system designs.
Experience designing secure facilities (SCIF, TEMPEST, ICD-705).
Previous work with DoD or other government agencies.
Proficiency in SmartPlant 3D, SmartSketch, and SpecsIntact.
Understanding of mechanical/process engineering drawings and calculations.
Familiarity with Unified Facilities Criteria and CSI MasterFormat specifications.
