Required Skills and Qualifications: Period of Performance • Services shall be delivered based on mutually agreed dates, not to exceed one calendar year from contract award. The contractor shall provide the following: a. FeatureCAM Onsite Consulting Services • Five (5) days of onsite FeatureCAM consulting, programming, or mentoring services. o Onsite initial training of using and setting up the system for 2 users with existing equipment • Services will be customized per unit needs and provided by qualified consultants. • Government personnel must provide a list of requested topics prior to each session. b. MAKE Platinum Support (Annual) • Two (2) named user licenses. • Priority online and phone support. • Extended support beyond break/fix. • Minor post-processor edits. • Access to Learning Management System (LMS). • Live and on-demand best practices training. • Annual update training access. c. Travel Expenses • A fixed-rate travel fee to cover transportation, lodging, and per diem. • Amount is not subject to change or adjustment.
Job Type: Full-time Location: Nellis Afb NV for 5 days onsite work. It may extend to 1 year (first 5 days onsite and later Remote). Clearance: US Citizen
