M9 Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in New Orleans, LA. US Citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Sustain and enhance ServiceNow environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Continuously synchronize, secure, and optimize foundation data, including user, organizational, and Customer Service Management (CSM) data.
- Manage compliant data archiving processes to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Plan and execute controlled data migrations and platform upgrades across development, QA, training, and production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- Must possess a certification as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven experience in full portal development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Expertise in workflow design to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Strong background in performance analytics, particularly in the context of federal implementations on a FEDRAMP Certified ServiceNow platform.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $180,000 USD
