M9 Solutions is seeking an Application Support Engineer to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Arnold, MO. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of customer application and monitoring/investigation of segment interfaces.
• Under the direction of the client Site Lead, this role is responsible for working with on-site database and system administration support personnel to convey and investigate system anomalies.
• Additional responsibilities to include investigation into operational issues and performing problem escalation with vendor, factory, on-site and east coast based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• TS/SCI security with polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of work experience or 8+ years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 4 - 8 years of experience in a systems administration or operational support role.
• Working knowledge of networks, network infrastructure, and common components.
• Understand principles of SQL query language.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated.
• Current Security+ Certification.
• Have previous experience with LINUX based operating systems.
• Previous System Administrator experience.
• Willing to work in a 24x7 operational environment on the day shift or the night shift.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $180,000 USD
