Job Title: ServiceNow Analyst

M3C is recruiting an experienced ServiceNow Analyst for one of its fast-growing international clients. This is a dedicated 12-month mandate, with the possibility of renewal. The selected candidate will support ongoing development and optimization of the ServiceNow platform by gathering business requirements and contributing to solution design aligned with ServiceNow best practices. The work is almost entirely done remotely with occasional travel to different sites. The client is in the mining industry.

The responsibilities are:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities and validate needs.
• Translate business goals into user stories and functional specs that reflect ServiceNow standards.
• Serve as the bridge between business teams and the ServiceNow COE to ensure solution alignment.
• Support technical, QA, and change management teams in delivering effective platform enhancements.

The requirements are:

• Minimum of 3 years' direct experience on the ServiceNow platform in an analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Change, Catalog, Problem, CMDB, Employee Service Centre).
• Skilled in documenting process flows, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL principles ServiceNow.
• Bilingual French and English.
• Asset: Knowledge of SPM, GRC, CSM, HRSD, or other enterprise service domains within ServiceNow.
• Asset: ServiceNow certification.
