Operator (m/w/d) Tagschicht

Tasks:

• Coordination of maintenance and repair work in consultation with the foreman
• Creation of work permits and authorizations within the area of responsibility
• Preparation of lockout/tagout (LoTo) lists and work for TüV and Rodok inspections
• Creation of instructions for plant modifications (AFÄs) within the area of responsibility
• Loading and unloading of operating materials (e.g., TiCl4, 1-Buten, Al-Alkyle, Octane) from rail tank cars or Iso-tainers
• Regeneration of adsorption towers according to work instructions
• Measurement in the plant with the mobile explosimeter, especially for work in confined spaces (silos, reactors, containers, tank cups, etc.) and work with ignition hazard
• Ordering and inventory reporting of operating materials (see above) in SAP
• Monitoring of the disposal of operating materials with the ZEDAL specialist facility
• Participation in the updating of operating and work instructions
• Tours of the plant areas including the identification and reporting of malfunctions
• Small assembly tasks, e.g., for malfunction elimination or for cleaning, maintenance, disassembly, and repair purposes
• Management and purchasing of operating materials
• Other orders related to the production order of the plant

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a chemical technician (m/w/d)
• Professional experience desirable
• Fluent in German, other languages welcome
• Independent and proactive work
• Team capability, flexibility, and resilience
• High sense of safety
• Very good IT skills
