Come Join an Inclusive Team The Operations Support Coordinator – EOO provides direct execution and coordination support to Production Supervisors and Operations leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring operational transactions, SAP execution, and production documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner to support safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations. The role serves as an operational extension of the Production Supervisors, helping maintain discipline in SAP, production order closeout, raw material consumption, PSA accuracy, and other critical EOO processes across the site.

A Day in the Life

• Production & SAP Execution Support
• Support Production Supervisors in closing production and process orders accurately and timely in SAP.
• Execute and validate raw material consumption, confirmations, and reversals in SAP as required.
• Maintain accuracy of PSA bins through regular review, reconciliation, and true-up activities within SAP.
• Identify discrepancies in production reporting, inventory transactions, or order execution and escalate issues for correction.
• Support adherence to standard work and transactional discipline across shifts.
• Operational Coordination
• Track production documentation, order packets, batch records, and other required operational records. Assist in preparing operational data, reports, and summaries for daily, weekly, and monthly production reviews.
• Process & Compliance Support
• Support site processes by ensuring production data accuracy and documentation completeness.
• Assist with investigations related to production variances, material discrepancies, or reporting errors.
• Track and follow up on EOO action items, commitments, and completion status.
• Ensure operational records align with LYB policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to SAP execution, production reporting, and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce rework, and improve transactional accuracy.
• Participate in standardization efforts to improve consistency across shifts and production areas.
• Cross-Functional Support
• Work closely with Production Supervisors, Operations leadership, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Finance to ensure aligned execution.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for EOO initiatives, meetings, and reviews as needed.
• Perform additional operational support tasks as assigned by Operations leadership.

You Bring This Value

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations support role.
• Working knowledge of SAP production transactions (order execution, confirmations, material consumption).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
