This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in both direct selling and team leadership within the home remodeling industry.

Qualifications:
- Prior successful in-home sales experience, ideally within the home improvement or remodeling industry.
- Experience managing or training a sales team.
- Proven ability to lead by example through direct sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Technologically proficient, with experience using iPad-based presentations and electronic contract platforms.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving both personal and team success.
Compensation:
This is a commission-driven position, with earnings based on both personal sales performance and team results.
