What you'll do

As a Design Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their homes to guide them through their bathroom remodeling project.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners

• Understand customer needs, goals, and design preferences

• Present bathroom remodeling solutions, materials, and upgrades

• Provide pricing and financing options

• Guide homeowners through the design and decision process

• Follow our proven consultative sales process

• Document project details and complete contracts

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation to sale

What we're looking for

We're looking for individuals who are driven, personable, and confident presenting solutions to homeowners.

Ideal candidates have:

• Sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A passion for home improvement, design, or remodeling

• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage appointments

• Comfort using tablets, apps, and digital sales tools

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule

This is an appointment-based role. Appointments are typically scheduled during weekdays and some Saturdays.
