Trade Marketing Intern - Frames

Areas Of Responsibilities And Related Activities
1. Brand Visual Refresh – 200 Doors
- Assist in compiling and updating visual refresh timelines across all brands.
- Assist in follow up with the vendors and working with the respective sales rep on the approval with the stores.
2. Share Of Space
- Support coordination between the sales team and vendors to fulfill requests for brand skinning, or basic in-store branding tools.
3. Store Distribution Updates – 240 Doors
- Support on store distribution tracking and updating the TM own distribution file - this is for campaign execution.
- Updating the Regional TM distribution tracker based on invoiced 1 unit.
- Updating the TM Corporate distribution file based on invoiced 5 units.
4. PO Creation Support
- Assist in creation of Purchase Order (PO).
- Maintain the tracker of POs (raised, approved, invoiced, MIGO) to help the team to monitor budget utilization.
5. GWP/ Event Door Gift Sourcing
- Assist in comparing vendor quotations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers on timelines, quantities, and delivery arrangements.
6. Social Media / Digital Support
- Support with digital asset consolidation and sharing the assets to the sales reps and store staff.
7. Event Support
- Provide support to pre-event logistics, on-site assistance, and post-event wrap-up.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Analytical ability and passion, business oriented and used to work with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines.
- Reliable, autonomous, precise, good organization & communication skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Familiar with MS office software packages.
- Familiar with design platforms like Canva etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing is desirable.
