Your role:

Are you passionate about technology and looking to take on new challenges? We have what you need! As an IT Ops member of our team, you will help improve our monitoring and data analysis solution tailored to the needs of our Ops & Support teams on Grafana.

All this work will be possible in an international environment (we provide more than 500 manufacturing laboratories worldwide with the data to produce our ophthalmic lenses), with iconic brands (Ray-Ban, Varilux, Oakley, and Eyezen will no longer be a secret to you) and a culture of excellence (we value innovation, diversity, and professional development where every talent is recognized and cultivated).

Your missions:

• Implement monitoring solutions reported by security audit (WAF, HTTPS/TLS, etc.)
• Gather needs identified by Ops & Support teams.
• Create dashboards and visuals in Grafana (infrastructure metrics) to meet these needs. If these tools are not mastered, a necessary phase of self-learning and with team members should be planned.
• Structure and refine the results to give the whole a coherence and attractiveness.
• Present and communicate the result to Ops & Support teams.
• Improve the documentation associated with each disaster recovery procedure.
• Participate in several projects related to Grafana: version upgrade (v12), alert by predictive analysis, automated deployment pipeline, consistency check, outlier detection, etc.

Profile:

• Student in an engineering school or university in IT master
• Mastery of Cloud architectures and Grafana
• Appetite for solutions
• Technical curiosity and analytical capacity to develop new solutions
• Team spirit and ability to work in groups on complex projects
• English and French fluent (spoken & written): Animation of sessions, writing of presentation materials and reports, etc.
