Your role:

The mission of the Marketing & Event Communication intern is to support the Marketing Communication department in the Essilor Instruments entity, managing marketing content, organizing events, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing tools. The intern will be responsible for developing and updating the digital catalog, assisting in both internal and external events, and performing benchmarking and dashboard creation for the marketing team.

The key challenges of the role include ensuring the timely and accurate updating of content, coordinating large-scale events, and providing insightful analyses to improve marketing performance. Success in this position will depend on strong organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your missions will include the following:

  • Marketing Content Management: Develop and manage marketing content for internal and external audiences. Collaborate with the Instruments Expertise Manager and graphic design team to update the digital catalog. Ensure regular updates for new products and other marketing materials.
  • Event Management: Assist in organizing internal and external events, including Essilor Luxottica Days and international trade shows like MIDO and SILMO. Support logistical coordination and activities to ensure a high-quality visitor experience.
  • Benchmarking and Marketing Dashboard Creation: Perform analyses on marketing tool usage and event performance. Help develop marketing dashboards for the team and top management.
  • Communication Support Creation: Contribute to the development of presentation packages and communication materials for event execution. Ensure high-quality and creative support for all marketing initiatives.

Profile:

  • In Master's degree specialized in Communication or Marketing
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Solid experience with digital communication tools and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and curiosity
  • Ability to contribute innovative ideas and proposals
  • Proficient in English (C1 level) – mandatory
  • Fluency in French or another language is an advantage
