Your role: We are recruiting our future Sales Support Planner who will join our teams at Essilor Solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Planning Manager at Essilor Solutions (specialized in the commercialization of instruments for opticians and ophthalmologists), your main missions will be:

  • Plan the interventions of traveling technicians while ensuring the consistency and optimization of their movements
  • Intervene only on planning management issues
  • Follow up on orders from the ADV service using various internal tools (emails/shared files/drive/extranet)
  • Remind the technical service, ADV service, sales, and customers before planning an intervention
  • Manage and define priorities based on requests from different services and clients
  • Handle various requests from ADV, sales, and clients related to planning
  • Monitor any disputes related to the planning of interventions
  • Plan material shipments to stores and resolve potential anomalies
  • Ensure the proper adequacy of resources/needs in certain interventions
  • Coordinate different internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Skills:

With a BAC+2 ideally in the logistics field, you have significant first experience in a technical sector with high added value. You are proficient in computer tools (Office suite) and have already worked with ERP systems. You are meticulous, organized, dynamic, and know how to work in a team. You have a sense of listening, dialogue, and customer service. You have good oral and written communication skills. You have a taste for speed of execution and versatility.
