Your Role

We are looking for a Raw Materials Production Engineer who will support and optimize the production processes in the Raw Material Department at our Operations Plant in Sedico (BL), Italy. This role offers the opportunity to analyze key metrics, improve production efficiency, and develop managerial skills while working with CNC machining processes such as lathes and milling machines for acetate frame manufacturing.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support the organization in the industrialization and introduction of new products into the factory.
2. Analyze new releases to identify critical issues and implement potential improvements.
3. Work closely with the technical department to identify design constraints and improvements for production.
4. Verify that the master data of new products are correct and provide the department with all the information necessary for production.
5. Support qualitative analyses to identify process improvements aimed at reducing scraps and rework.

Main Requirements:

1. Master's degree in STEM disciplines
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
3. Good relationship skills
4. Experience with basic windows tools (Excell, PowerPoint)
5. Knowledge of data visualization techniques and statistical concepts is a plus
6. Experience with reporting tools (Power BI or Business Object 4.3) is a plus
