Your Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who will assist in the day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns on media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the creation, upload and optimization of campaigns for different objectives (ecommerce, lead generation) and regions (EMEA).
- Support with budget management and forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions) and assist with weekly/monthly reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the team to create and maintain performance dashboards to provide clear and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze A/B testing initiatives and other growth experiments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Main Requirements
- Degree in economics or equivalent
- A strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads. Familiarity with ad server and other ad platforms is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Analytics Tool (GA4, Adobe Analytics), familiarity with data visualization tools like Google Looker Studio is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team.
- Proactive, curious, and a fast learner who takes initiative.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
