1. Deal with the daily work, including tester bring-up, GR&R and Correlation action (report), test issues improvement.
2. Tester maintenance as a station DRI
3. Prepare the SOP to training operator for operation.
4. Retest rate analyze and improvement.
5. TIL tracking and optimization.
6. Follow up the instruction from leadship.
7. Good skill for paperwork, including tester readiness, FW dry-run report...etc.
