We are recruiting our future Brand Sales Manager - Optical Network (H/F)
Reporting to the National Director of Optical Sales and with a dotted line to the Senior BSM Sport, the BSM coordinates the company's commercial policy and contributes to the development of business and performance. He/she ensures the supervision of the teams for which he/she is responsible.
To name a few, the Brand Sales Manager will:
1- Management
· Manage and engage his/her sales teams in the promotion of the brands he/she is responsible for through the development of skills;
· Supervise all field commercial forces dedicated to the brands he/she is responsible for:
o Ensure the setting of objectives and the validation of achievements,
o Regularly follow up on performance,
o Participate in (and/or carry out) all the milestones of the annual HR process (interviews, salary review, talent discussion,...)
o Implement the necessary team changes and actively participate in the recruitment process with the help of the Human Resources department,
o Provide support during disciplinary procedures concerning his/her team to the Human Resources Department.
2- Collaboration and Support
· Collaborate effectively with various commercial managers (Key Account - Top Account – STARS, etc…) and with the Senior BSM sport;
· Pursue this mission during buying tables, fairs, showrooms, Luxottica Days, and any other action concerning the brands entrusted to Key Account, Top Account, and STARS clients or any other type of centralized client;
· Be the preferred contact for Brand Business Managers and Trade-Marketing Managers in charge of all business marketing and trade-marketing aspects of the concerned brands;
· Enable, in relation with marketing, the harmonious development of sell-out and sell-in, while respecting the directives set by the group;
· Establish, on the ground, a privileged relationship with Top Account Managers in charge of the management of Top Accounts and the deployment of the STARS system;
3- Analysis and Reporting
· Regularly share information and analyses to enable quick decision-making to ensure the achievement and exceed the objectives set with his/her hierarchy and colleagues;
· Carry out regular reporting of business activity and commercial results according to the prevailing formalism.

· First experience as a manager validated in a B2B environment
· Commercial training Bac + 5 Business School - Grandes Écoles
