Brand Account Manager Finland - RayBan/Oakley (6 Month Contract)

Your role
As a EssilorLuxottica Brand Account Manager covering the entire Finnish region, you are responsible for delivering targeted sales across all frame brands and proactively find synergies and potential across product categories, positioning EssilorLuxottica as a one-stop shop for customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Guarantee sales in your area by delivering individual targets in volume, value, return rates, and brand distribution.
- Develop business by building strong relationships with customers and visiting them regularly.
- Ensure effective territory coverage with consistent service levels in line with company guidelines.
- Drive customer recommendation through brand, product, and visual merchandising training.
- Present new collections to clients at least twice per year, aligned with the annual plan.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
- Support sales with trade marketing activities and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor product range, stock quality and quantity, and ensure timely order input and execution.
- Identify and resolve client concerns related to EssilorLuxottica products and services.
- Ensure compliance with commercial policies.
Main requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Apple iPad and PC, including Microsoft Office.
- Preferably experienced in the Optical Industry and luxury FMCG.
- Demonstrable customer service and field sales experience.
- Demonstrate understanding and interest in all product categories—frames, lenses, and instruments.
- Proactively find synergies and potential across categories to maximize customer value.
- Show resilience and independence, embracing change and innovation.
- Be a driver of change, not just a passenger—actively shaping the future of the business.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Full, clean driving license (essential).
