Good vision is a basic human right. Yet, uncorrected poor vision affects 1 in 3 people around the world. That's at least 2.5 billion people. 90% of them live in base-of-the-pyramid (BoP) regions with no access to and no awareness of vision care, preventing them from reaching their full potential. As the global leader in vision care, EssilorLuxottica lives by our mission to help everyone around the world see more and be more. Therefore it is our responsibility to help eliminate uncorrected poor vision in a generation, creating rural optical points in BoP areas and bringing affordable products to BoP consumers. Your role will involve supporting the team to create awareness and engagement programs that educate BoP consumers on the importance of good vision, and encourage them to visit the rural optical points we have created to get their eyes checked.
