Job Description The sales team at Luxottica Korea is responsible for all activities aimed at enhancing the sales performance of eyewear stores, directly driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Client Management
   1. Sales of Company Products
      • Provide products tailored to clients' needs and preference based on knowledge of our brand products.
      • Achieve mutual growth with clients by actively seeking opportunities
      • Attain or exceed target figures through effective
      • relationship management with clients
      • Develop business strategies and plans through appropriate market analysis and current status assessment.
      • Perform all activities to enhance profitability
   2. Order and Sales Management
      • Utilize in-house order programs to analyze sales data and identify trends.
      • Accurately operate and manage the order process
      • Collaborate with relevant teams to track and manage inventory levels and products.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in sales preferred
2. Networking and relationship-building skills
3. Proactive and goal-oriented attitude for exceeding targets
4. Ability to analyze sales data and trends
5. Problem-solving skills
6. Understanding of the consumer goods market and network connections
7. Skills in MS Office (Excel, Word)
8. Proficiency in business English (Preferred)
