We are looking for a Myopia Control - Stellest Sales Representative who will build and develop the upcoming Myopia Management business by driving strong partnership and engagement programs with ECP's and Ophthalmologist, while enabling the salesforce to grow this category through a well-defined training and marketing plan by account.
Develop the Myopia category and Essilor® Stellest® brand from planning and execution, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with different teams to ensure strategic implementation of marketing and training plans to develop and build Myopia Management business within existing and new accounts.
- Work with various stakeholders – Marketing, Training and Sales team to lead Go-To-Market, Training and Trade Partnership program with key business accounts.
- Engage with Medical Experts, Prominent hospitals to influence and build the Myopia management category by conducting trainings, workshops and participate in industry conferences.
Main requirements:
- Take the ownership of top accounts for driving sales of Myopia Control lenses and ensuring outstanding Stellest brand visibility, effective delivery of last mile assets such as marketing and communication assets, developing dedicated in-store corners and experiential zones.
- Act as Myopia Management subject matter expert to enable and coach other Sales Reps on the topic and sharing best practices to improve the sales of Myopia Management lenses.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure development and implementation of 360° activation programs in key retailers, to answer partner needs and requirements with Essilor Stellest Lenses.
- Responsible for all training initiatives to elevate the professionalism and product knowledge of Eye Care Practitioners on product, technical and selling speech.
- Develop new channel for Hospital/Opthal by identifying doctors and medical professionals who are interested in dispensing Myopia management solutions by engaging on training and potential collaboration on other technical initiatives.
- Develop business cases to support internal discussions for new business opportunities.
