We are currently seeking Casual Customer Service Agents to join our ExecuJet FBO team based at Sydney Airport working various shifts across a 7 day roster.

Corporate aviation is a service-focused, demanding yet ultimately rewarding sector of the aviation industry. As a Customer Service Agent in a luxury aviation service company, your role will extend further than most; from meeting and greeting VIP clients, journey administration and food and beverage service; through to duties on the tarmac. Our customers expect the very best; and at ExecuJet, no two days in the office are ever the same.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver a range of passenger, client and crew services, including:

  • Initial client welcome, managing visit enquiries and providing executive lounge service.
  • Flight administration, including set-up and billing.
  • Meeting room and bathroom facility management and refreshment.
  • Passenger and crew escort to / from aircraft and lounge.
  • Passenger and crew escort through T1 International Terminal.
  • Driving crew and passengers both airside and landside.
  • Assisting aircraft crew with requests pre and post flight.
  • Coordinating third-party suppliers, e.g. organising catering, hotel and limousine bookings and ensuring these arrive on time for aircraft arrival or departure.
  • Maintaining and cleaning of the premises, including company vehicles and ramp equipment.

Key selection criteria:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver luxury service experience - prior aviation-related customer service provision would be highly regarded.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
  • Applicants must hold an unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.

The following skills and capabilities are required to fulfil the duties of this role:

  • Strong coordination and organisational skills with excellent computer literacy.
  • Able to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable and highly motivated.
  • Able to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills - fluent in spoken and written English
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Immaculate personal presentation.
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
